US shipping — $5.99
Shipping is a flat $5.99 per order within the United States unless an active free-shipping sale applies. International shipping is not currently available.
Processing time: Made to order in 4–7 days. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
7-day return policy
Request a return within 7 days of delivery. The buyer pays return shipping. Contact us before sending your return so we can provide the return instructions and address.
If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us with your order reference and a photo so we can help resolve the issue.
Products and fit
We sell cases and organizers. Vials, medications, peptides, and other contents pictured are not included. Check the selected configuration and external vial dimensions before ordering. An ice pack is not a guarantee of a particular storage temperature or cooling duration.
Payments
When direct checkout is available, Stripe processes your payment. We do not store your full credit card number. The final order total, including shipping and any applicable configured tax, is displayed before payment.
Your information
We use your inquiries, order details, contact information, and shipping address to process purchases, provide support, and fulfill orders. Payment information is handled by Stripe; delivery details may be shared with the shipping carrier. The website host processes information needed to serve the site and store orders.
An essential cookie identifies your shopping bag. This site does not currently use advertising trackers or marketing subscriptions. Order records are retained for fulfillment, customer service, and business recordkeeping. Contact us to ask about your information.
